In 2018, amid record-low air quality in Seoul, Swasher Founder and CEO Sunun Lee searched for an effective air purifier for his grandmother, who needed clean air post-surgery. Citing WHO data, Lee shared that 99% of the world’s population breathes air below acceptable standards. He adds, “Traditional purifiers often fall short in heavily polluted areas. With Swasher, we developed a solution that performs in any setting, with our second model launching this year to further improve air quality.”
