On February 18, 2025, Insight Enterprises introduced its enhanced Insight Flex for Devices (Flex) program, aiming to streamline enterprise device management through cost-effective Device-as-a-Service (DaaS) solutions. This initiative addresses the growing need for efficient device lifecycle management in a rapidly expanding market.

The global DaaS market has been experiencing significant growth. According to Grand View Research, it is projected to reach $757.17 billion by 2030, with a compound annual growth rate (CAGR) of 29.1% from 2023 to 2030. Similarly, Fortune Business Insights estimates the market will grow from $34.65 billion in 2024 to $226.73 billion by 2032, reflecting a CAGR of 26.5%.
In a press release, Insight emphasized that delaying device upgrades can adversely affect performance, security, and productivity. The company adds that outdated technology often leads to slower operations, increased maintenance requirements, and higher long-term costs. By adopting DaaS solutions like Flex, organizations can mitigate the risks associated with outdated technology, ensuring their workforce remains productive and secure in an evolving digital landscape.
Bob Bogle, Vice President of Devices at Insight North America, commented, “Insight Flex for Devices represents a new era in device management that empowers our clients to reduce complexity, optimize costs, and regain control of their device ecosystems.” He emphasized that the program’s vendor-agnostic approach provides clients with clear insights into device health, leading to operational efficiency and sustained employee productivity across various devices, including desktops, laptops, and immersive technologies.
