Herrmann Global has appointed Andrea Kuskie as Director of Destination Partnerships as the tourism marketing firm expands its focus on AI-powered storytelling, destination marketing, and international tourism growth.

Kuskie joins Herrmann Global after previously working with Miles Partnership, bringing experience in destination storytelling, digital marketing, and tourism content strategy. She is known for supporting lesser-known destinations across the United States through content-driven campaigns designed to increase visibility and visitor engagement.
According to the company, Kuskie will help lead Herrmann Global’s evolving approach to visual and authentic storytelling, with an emphasis on connecting destination content to measurable conversion and tourism growth outcomes.
Florian Herrmann, founder and CEO of Herrmann Global, said the appointment reflects the company’s long-term vision for how tourism marketing is evolving alongside advancements in artificial intelligence and digital content creation.
“We could not be more proud to bring in such an industry expert,” Herrmann said. “I truly believe that content marketing will see its greatest success in the next years as artificial intelligence brings research and creativity to a whole new level — especially for lesser-known global destinations and rural communities seeking to target the right domestic and international traveler.”
Herrmann added that Kuskie’s focus on rural tourism and gateway communities aligns closely with the company’s future direction as destinations increasingly compete for visibility in a crowded digital environment.
In her role, Kuskie will also support the growth of Herrmann Global’s owned travel brands, Visit USA Parks and Untraveled, which focus on connecting travelers with destinations through storytelling-driven digital campaigns and audience targeting strategies.
The company said the platforms are designed to help destinations improve visibility, attract aligned visitor markets, and support sustainable tourism growth through measurable marketing performance.
Kuskie’s appointment comes as tourism organizations and destination marketing agencies increasingly adopt AI-powered tools, audience analytics, and digital storytelling strategies to improve visitor targeting and strengthen destination competitiveness.
Herrmann Global said the move reinforces its commitment to helping destinations of all sizes compete more effectively across domestic and international tourism markets while deepening its focus on authentic, performance-driven storytelling.
