Opticoelectron, a leading Bulgarian defense technology company, has extended its support to world sambo champion Ivan Harkov ahead of the 2025 European Sambo Championships. The event is scheduled to take place from April 23 to 27 at the Apollon Limassol Basketball Stadium in Limassol, Cyprus, featuring over 800 participants from 27 countries.
Harkov, competing in the men’s 79 kg sport sambo category, secured a bronze medal on the opening day of the tournament, reinforcing Bulgaria’s presence in the sport.
